If you prefer it less crowded, the best months are June and September.
If you really like calmness, quietness and relaxation, it is best to avoid the months of July and August.
The Mar Menor offers the visitor the largest open-air mud therapy area in Europe, to be found in several areas. The muds increase the body's absortion of minerals and stimulate bone problems healing. Its usage is recommended for skin problems, rheumatism, arthritis, gout, throat infections and rehabilitation.
